Position Title: Onsite Service Specialist Industrial Reliability

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Division: Acoem Reliability

Position Summary

Acoem India's Reliability Division is looking for a dedicated and skilled Onsite Service Specialist to support our customers in ensuring the health, reliability, and performance of their industrial equipment. This role involves managing onsite Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and delivering measurable value through condition monitoring and reliability solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and the ability to work independently at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Onsite Management

  • Manage and execute all AMC-related activities at client sites.
  • Ensure full compliance with contract terms while working closely with the client's site in-charge.

Equipment Health & Reliability

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and maintain equipment health.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement preventive/predictive maintenance measures.
  • Ensure optimal performance of rotating and critical machinery.

Value Delivery & Documentation

  • Quantify and document ROI and savings delivered through Acoem's reliability solutions.
  • Prepare professional reports and presentations for clients.
  • Develop technical case studies based on successful interventions.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary onsite contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and support.
  • Understand client needs and align deliverables with business goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Business Support

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling Acoem products and solutions.
  • Provide operational support and fill in during the absence of the regular site in-charge.
