Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.


Responsibilities:
  • Safety Awareness:
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards or issues.
  • BASIC MAINTENANCE PRACTICES:
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection.
    • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • UTILITY SYSTEM HANDLING:
    • Operate and maintain utility systems including chillers, compressors, cooling towers, AHUs, pumps, blowers, vacuum systems, gear boxes, and gear motors.
    • Ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • TROUBLESHOOTING:
    • Analyze and resolve equipment malfunctions using RCA and Pareto analysis techniques.
    • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
    • Provide clear and concise reports on equipment status and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
  • EDUCATION:
    • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
    • Hands-on experience with SAP is an asset.
