Key Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Pipeline Development Manager to play a vital part in developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by collaborating with the sales team to identify potential clients through research and proactive outreach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Track and monitor leads to ensure consistent follow-ups and timely closures.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial qualification of leads to assess their needs and potential, understand client requirements, and align them with suitable insurance solutions.
  • Candidate Engagement: Develop and implement candidate engagement programs to maintain interest and build relationships. Regularly communicate with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to nurture leads.
  • Sales Support: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in CRM systems.
  • Market and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, gain in-depth knowledge of the company's insurance products and solutions.
