Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to oversee the orchestration of our end-to-end pipeline, which combines cutting-edge models, agile workflows, and automation.

This role requires in-depth expertise in speech and audio AI, agile pipeline orchestration, and scalable system design knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of building and deploying production-grade pipelines, leading technical teams, and solving complex problems in video processing and generative media workflows.

  • Design and evolve the end-to-end pipeline by combining agent-based orchestration, scalable integration, and rapid experimentation.
  • Build and lead the development of production-grade pipelines, ensuring robustness, automation, and adaptability to media workflows.
  • Prototype and deploy agentic systems (multi-agent frameworks, LLM-driven decision engines, self-optimizing workflows) to automate task sequencing, error handling, and quality evaluation.
  • Drive continual improvements through prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and metric-driven performance monitoring.
  • Define standards for quality, testing, fallback mechanisms, and edge-case handling across the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with researchers, infra/platform teams, and product stakeholders to ensure end-to-end reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise in Generative AI: LLMs, prompt design, and building complex agentic systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, MCP, and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Proven track record of deploying pipelines in production at scale with monitoring and alerts.
  • Familiarity with ASR/TTS/translation models such as Whisper, wav2vec, FastSpeech, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), containerised deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), and scalable inference (Triton, ONNX, Kubeflow, MLflow) is a plus.
Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on experience in startup phases.
  • Ability to lead and mentor AI teams, balancing research rigour with production needs.
  • Strong systems thinking and cross-functional coordination (models, infra, inference, QA, product).
  • Passion for keeping pace with the latest in Gen AI, LLMs, and AI engineering.
