Role Overview:
As a seasoned executive, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the Human Resources function for a food processing company. With a strong background in corporate HR and plant operations, you will be responsible for formulating HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Manage core HR activities, including talent acquisition, compensation, training, and performance management, to drive business results
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters, promoting a fair and respectful work environment
- Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Address people handling requirements as directed by the organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 18-22 years of experience in food/FMCG/manufacturing industries
- Qualifications: MBA HR/MSW/MA Social Work or equivalent, with a focus on organizational development and change management
- Languages: English, Kannada, and Hindi
