Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.
  • Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Foster a positive workplace environment aligned with company values.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Plan employee engagement activities to enhance motivation and retention.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage payroll inputs, leave, and attendance systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in setting up performance appraisal systems.
  • Track and evaluate employee performance.
  • Support managers in performance improvement plans.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
  • Conduct HR workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR (for Executive role) / 3–6 years (for HR Manager role).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
