Enterprise IT Solutions Architect

As a technical expert in Enterprise IT solutions and platforms, you will play a critical role in ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Basis administration, SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP monitoring tools. They will be responsible for designing and specifying technical solutions that align with enterprise architecture, SAP standards, and cloud best practices.
- Create designs that meet business demands and functional requirements, considering both aspects.
- Evaluate designs to ensure they meet KONE quality and compliance standards, such as cybersecurity and data management.
- Align your solution with KONE data models and standards, documenting data objects and models of SAP systems at a technical level.
- Stay updated on technology trends and business demand to recommend technical improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for technical specifications, including overall quality of SAP Basis and cloud documentation.
You will also provide coaching on SAP Basis, RISE with SAP, Cloud Connector integration, and SAP Monitoring/Alerting tools. Contribute to peer coaching and sharing best practices within Configuration Owner communities. Ensure IT development, release, and DevOps automation processes are followed.
Your responsibilities include maintaining SAP system integrity, availability, and performance across on-premise and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SAP BTP). Participate in cybersecurity compliance and audit readiness initiatives. Contribute to operational excellence by automating SAP Basis tasks, proactive monitoring, and performance tuning.
Your deliverables include technical design documents, data standards, technical data models, integration diagrams, mappings for SAP systems, and approval of test plans and results.
