Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Software Development Lead. This position requires strong technical expertise and experience in managing software development lifecycles.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process, ensuring successful project delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the software development lifecycle process
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in software development and team leadership
  • Proficiency in TeamConnect (Legal) and other related tools
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Pharma
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and principles
