Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our wealth management team in a key role that involves managing and growing existing client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong rapport with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing them with tailored solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with relationship managers (RMs) to manage day-to-day client requirements, including account opening, changes, remittances, bank transfers, and KYC procedures.
  • They will also be responsible for regularly communicating with clients on their investments, lending, and banking requirements, and ensuring timely completion of internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow existing client relationships by building strong rapport with clients and understanding their requirements.
  2. Work closely with RMs to manage day-to-day client requirements, including account opening, changes, remittances, bank transfers, and KYC procedures.
  3. Regularly communicate with clients on their investments, lending, and banking requirements.
  4. Ensure timely completion of internal reporting.
  5. Support RMs in material/document preparation and liaison with product teams.
  6. Oversee Service Assistant desk, ensuring efficient paperwork processing and liaison with branch, AMCs, etc.
  7. Resolve client queries and engage with Compliance, Legal, DIIPL, Midoffice, PCC, and other relevant stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or priority/private banking.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and investment products, with an advantage if you have experience with lending products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
