Key Responsibilities:
- Support the overall planning process (demand planning, supply planning, and distribution planning).
- Collaborate with channel and category teams to gather forecasts for upcoming quarters.
- Plan inventory at warehouse level based on forecasts.
- Monitor inventory and plan purchase orders and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
- Coordinate with the packaging team for planning and procurement of packaging materials.
What We Look For:
- Ability to independently manage analytical tasks related to planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience in supply and distribution planning.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
- 0–3 years of overall experience.
