Project Lead - Architectural Projects

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the successful execution of architectural projects from initiation to completion.

  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.

This role includes project and production management for assigned teams, client relationship management and servicing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in project management software and tools.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as a Project manager or similar role.
  • Excellent client servicing/accounts management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed project briefings after capturing all requirements from sales teams and clients, CRM management and updates, and invoicing on time and payment realizations.

You will also be required to attend client brief meetings, take approvals, and seek inputs as the single point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring smooth working relationships with clients.
