Job Title: Credit Analysis Professional

The role of a Credit Analysis Professional involves assessing the creditworthiness of businesses, analyzing financial data and market trends to make informed decisions about lending or investment.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive credit appraisals for large corporate clients, including thorough analysis of their financial situation and industry prospects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to discuss terms and conditions related to risk assessments, ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of the agreement.
  • Engage with customers to gather information necessary for preparing CRANs (Credit Risk Assessment Notes).
  • Monitor accounts in accordance with the terms stipulated by the sanctioning authority, identifying potential risks and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Compile and submit monthly/quarterly monitoring reports on the portfolio, highlighting any areas of concern or success.
  • Escalate non-compliance issues with an actionable plan, working closely with relevant teams to resolve the matter.
  • Visit client sites, submitting inspection reports that detail findings and recommendations.
  • Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.

Requirements:

  • Required experience in credit underwriting for SMEs/large corporations.
  • A working knowledge of Excel for financial modeling.
  • Desirable experience in project finance and/or infrastructure sector credit analysis.
  • Hold a CA/MBA/CFA qualification.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
