Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Work Force Optimization (WFO) specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We design, build, deploy and configure WFO platforms in multiple environments.
  • We consult with clients to extract business requirements and provide technical guidance on WFO technologies.
  • We develop and maintain documentation of best practices for WFO implementation.
  • We collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and meet project deadlines.
  • We provide training and support for customers on WFO server maintenance and PC client loading.

Requirements:

  • Achieving the Verint Work Force Optimization Certification is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Windows and Active Directory system administration is required.
  • Strong knowledge of WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center practices is necessary.
  • The ability to troubleshoot issues within the above systems and consult on corrective measures is required.
  • Experience with JAVA Enterprise and frameworks, app servers like Tomcat, JBoss, MS SQL, database structure, administration, performance tuning and scripting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and network topology, Linux OS's and associated technologies is advantageous.
