About our Digital Unit:

We are a newly set up department, aiming to revolutionize banking.

Our key objectives include building customer-centric products, innovative propositions, and embedded finance applications.

We focus on three main areas: driving better customer experience, transforming existing lines of businesses, and building new digital business models.

About the Role:

You will drive adoption and engagement across customer segments, crafting and executing strategies for new customer acquisition and customer value growth.

You will shape the "Digital Business" by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, tech solutions, and product.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

We are looking for someone to work on initiatives that increase traffic on our channels, focusing on conversion from target bases and driving adoption among new/existing consumers.

You will analyze user journeys to identify improvement areas, working closely with product, analytics, and digital marketing teams.

Use data analytics and segmentation to create targeted marketing strategies, conducting A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize user journeys.

Own end-to-end measurement frameworks for growth experiments, ensuring data accuracy and impact assessment. Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance.

Work with BI/analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) to extract, clean, and interpret large data sets.

Product Enhancement:

Be the voice of the customer in shaping new features and products, working closely with marketing teams to create awareness and engagement campaigns.

Increase adoption of new products through cross-sell and upsell initiatives, collaborating with digital product managers to co-create new and optimize existing user journeys.

Collaborate with campaigns, analytics, and overall portfolio teams to drive efforts on driving conversion funnel.

Key Skill Set Requirements:

A minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience in growth/product marketing for a digital business or apps.

Critical thinking and attention to detail are essential.

Prior experience with campaign management tools, data extracting and interpretation tools, and digital portfolio management is preferred.
