About Us:

We are a tech consulting firm delivering end-to-end solutions in data analytics, AI, CRM, web and app development.

Role Summary:

You will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal technical teams. You will be responsible for driving conversations with clients, prioritizing tasks for teams, identifying improvement areas in ongoing solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication:
  • Lead client communication, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverables.
  • Project Discovery and Execution:
  • Drive project discovery, scoping, and execution for data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation projects.
  • Translate Client Needs:
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams.
  • Risk Management:
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Task Prioritization:
  • Prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountability.
  • Solution Design:
  • Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices.
  • Project Documentation:
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, metrics, and team retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teams.
  • Experience in data analytics, AI/ML, and CRM platforms (like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions.
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and team coordination capabilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or product management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.
