  • Implement new ERP FICO functionalities in the Long Products segment.
  • Ensure the success of transformation steps of projects, including initial demand collection, books of requirements, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, and project committees.
  • Manage and maintain current SAP systems within the FI/CO module.

Key Qualifications:

  • BE / BTech / Any Master's Degree
  • General industry or steel market/products/production process experience an advantage
  • SAP FICO customizing experience
  • Finance and Controlling knowledge
  • Good communication skills at various levels, ability to train others, synthesis spirit, and autonomy

Desirable Attributes:

  • SAP customizing and implementation skills in other modules like FSCM, FM, SD, MM, PP, etc.
  • SAP Solution Manager knowledge
  • ABAP, FIORI, CDS, etc.
  • Ability and experience in managing small teams in project mode
  • ITIL
