UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our product team.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the design language of cutting-edge digital twin solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing modern, user-friendly interfaces for web dashboards, mobile applications, and 3D interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface Design: Create clean, user-friendly dashboards, web, and mobile application interfaces that prioritize intuitive user experiences.
  • Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-leading tools like Figma / Adobe XD.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect design implementation and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design System: Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library that adheres to industry best practices and promotes consistency across products.
  • User Research: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and refine user journeys to deliver data-driven design solutions.
  • 3D Integration Support: Collaborate with 3D/Unreal teams to design intuitive UI for 3D interactions and visualizations that enhance user engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience for web or SaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML/CSS.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing dashboard, enterprise apps, and data visualization designs that demonstrate expertise in responsive design, accessibility, and user flows.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with 3D/AR/VR interfaces or ArchViz UI.
  • Basic knowledge of frontend dev workflows and React.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining a focus on user experience.
