Responsibilities:
  • You'll collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless user experiences.
  • You'll design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces that align with our vision of delivering best-in-class research and education tools.
  • You'll create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and validate ideas.
  • You'll conduct user testing, gather feedback, and refine designs for maximum impact.
  • You'll define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • You'll leverage data, usability findings, and market trends to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
  • You'll collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality expectations.
  • You'll advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization, championing the voice of the customer at every stage.
  • You'll stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate our user experience.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or digital content platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, from research and ideation through prototyping and delivery, is essential.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, is necessary.
  • Experience conducting or collaborating on user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations is highly valued.
  • A solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices is required.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders are crucial.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing multiple projects with creativity and attention to detail, is essential.
