Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications that are intuitive and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoffs.
  • Maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products.
  • Apply responsive and accessible design principles to create inclusive experiences.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and present them to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
