Job Title: Application Lead – User Experience (UX) Design

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead – UX Design to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact for UX initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that application designs meet user needs, business objectives, and align with the overall product vision and strategy.

You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience across the application lifecycle, applying best practices in design and usability to deliver intuitive and seamless digital experiences. Your leadership and expertise will drive innovation, team performance, and design excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in User Experience (UX) Design.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers and developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Take ownership of key decisions related to application design and user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external teams to align on requirements, strategy, and design direction.
  • Guide the development process by providing insights, design specifications, and validation inputs.
  • Conduct and facilitate workshops, design sprints, and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems, both within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging growth and development in UX best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to design standards, accessibility, and usability guidelines throughout the application lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Must should have 7.5 Years of strong experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.

Additional Information:

  • Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in UX Design is required.
  • This position is based out of our Bengaluru office.
  • Candidate must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
