Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead UX Designer to spearhead the user experience design efforts across our digital products. In this role, you will lead a team of UX designers and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences. You will be responsible for driving the UX strategy, ensuring design excellence, and championing user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

- Develop and execute a clear UX vision and strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.

- Advocate for the user experience across the organization, influencing product decisions and priorities.

- Plan, conduct, and oversee qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics review.

- Translate user insights into actionable design recommendations.

- Develop detailed user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks to guide design decisions.

- Lead the creation of wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs that are both functional and aesthetically compelling.

- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

- Collaborate with UI designers, product managers, and engineers to implement designs accurately and efficiently.

- Work closely with product owners and engineering teams to integrate UX seamlessly into agile development processes.

- Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation.

- Establish and maintain UX guidelines, standards, and best practices across products.

- Review and provide constructive feedback on design work within the team to ensure consistency and quality.

- Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch to iterate and improve the experience continuously.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience 8 + in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, problem-solving, and a range of digital products.

- Expertise in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design feasibility.

- Experience conducting and interpreting user research and usability testing.

- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple design solutions.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
