Business Architecture Opportunity

A Business Architect will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. This includes analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation.

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and communication.
  • Ability to develop and present business cases effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration and a strong educational background. They should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
