Operations Excellence Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Excellence Leader to drive strategic initiatives and enhance our operational efficiency. This key role will oversee the development and implementation of processes, tools, and frameworks to support business growth and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, with expertise in process improvement, project management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving change initiatives that deliver tangible results.

  • Process Optimization: Design and institutionalize efficient processes across key functions, eliminating unnecessary steps and streamlining workflows.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage Yearly Goal Trees, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Leadership and Communication: Lead Monthly Business Reviews, preparing executive presentations and dashboards to inform senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Engagement: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, working with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and KPIs.
  • Change Management: Identify and implement improvements in business processes and operations, tracking key metrics and reporting on progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field).
  • 7-8 years of experience in business operations, program management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI or other dashboarding solutions.

Pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Operations, Strategy, or General Management is highly desirable.
