Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Operations Associate. This role will be responsible for processing post-issue service requests, maintaining policy records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of policy administration systems, transaction codes, and process workflows. They will also possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to exchange information with clients and stakeholders.

  • Process post-issue service requests, including address changes and beneficiary updates.
  • Maintain and update policy records in administration systems according to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with TPAs, internal teams, and custodians to resolve discrepancies and ensure service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.
  • 1+ year of working experience in the Life insurance domain, focusing on quality and attention to details.
  • Experience in a professional/office environment, working regularly scheduled shifts.
  • Effective English business communication skills to exchange information with clients.
  • Able to solve basic mathematical problems and possess basic Email/Letter writing skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and MS-Outlook is required.
