Senior Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our projects and ensure timely completion, adherence to project timing, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder coordination, and team management abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost management details for multiple assigned projects.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Conduct site visits to verify progress, identify critical/risk issues, and coordinate with project stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Proactively support and manage the project plan/team to meet operational goals and adhere to project timing.
  • Billing and Payment: Manage billing and payment processes as per terms and conditions.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure handing over meets client satisfaction standards.
  • Snag Closure: Allocate, monitor, and close snags/observation points shared by clients in DLP period and follow up on release of retention amounts.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits of new projects, prepare photographic reports, and submit to tender team.
  • Project Planning: Plan, schedule, monitor, and bill projects efficiently.
  • Cost Management: Manage costs effectively.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors.
  • Timely Billing: Raise timely client bills as per terms and conditions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Prepare cash flow projections for each project.
  • Client Follow-ups: Follow up with clients on payments.
  • Reporting: Present reports in weekly meetings.
