Job Overview

The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by leveraging the power of Workforce Analytics and Planning. This individual will lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable solutions for strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting, working closely with HR and business stakeholders to align dashboards, analytics, and reports with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke BIRT reports tailored to client-specific KPIs and business metrics, utilizing SAP Metadata Framework (MDF) and calculated columns in WFA.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, provide user training, and offer post-implementation support to ensure optimal adoption and utilization of SAP SuccessFactors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including at least 2–3 years in WFP and WFA.
  • Strong proficiency in BIRT for developing custom reports and an in-depth understanding of data models, calculated columns, and metrics packs in Workforce Analytics.
  • Experience integrating WFA with core HR systems and external data sources, as well as familiarity with MDF, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Report Center.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Learning Management System (LMS), and Performance & Goals (PMGM).
  • Familiarity with Advanced Reporting, Canvas Reports, and Online Report Designer (ORD).
  • SAP SuccessFactors WFA/WFP certification.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics or visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Power BI.
Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and Planning (preferred).
