
Senior Health Economist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough review of literature and collect relevant model inputs.
- Adapt cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) and budget impact analysis (BIA) models for specific countries, ensuring high-quality results.
- Collaborate with senior modelers to develop health economic decision-analytic models, including decision trees, Markov models, and partitioned survival models.
- Support the development of deliverables such as model analysis plans, technical reports, and user guides.
- Assist in the dissemination of findings through articles, posters, and presentations.
- Contribute to the development of global modeling materials, processes, and methodologies within the Health Economics Modelling Centre of Excellence.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, including the development of source repositories and contribute to client calls as required.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a life science field or equivalent qualification.
- 0-2 years of experience working on country-specific adaptations and supporting the development of de novo pharmacoeconomic models in industry or academia.
- Basic understanding of statistics, with advanced analytics skills a plus.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
- Ability to work independently with management oversight and scientific guidance from technical experts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Familiarity with literature reviews and ability to collect information from secondary sources, analyze data, and derive strategic insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
