Job Title: E2E Procurement Implementation Specialist

The role involves designing and implementing end-to-end procurement strategies for clients, utilizing Oracle Fusion SCM/Procurement modules.

Responsibilities include hands-on expertise in Oracle Procurement modules, leading business process workshops, advising on the impacts of adopting Oracle Cloud solutions, and providing expert-level knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud Application SCM Modules Procurement, Supplier Portal.

Key skills required include experience in sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, procurement contracts, procurements analytics, self-service procurement, developing sourcing strategies to identify potential suppliers and vendors, conducting market research, evaluating supplier proposals, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, building relationships with key suppliers, monitoring supplier performance, addressing issues or disputes, and developing procurement policies and procedures.

Collaboration with other departments is also essential to understand their needs and requirements, preparing procurement reports, and providing updates to stakeholders.

Experience in OTBI and Dashboard, data migration, integration with other systems, supporting clients during testing, production cutover, and post-go-live phases, assisting with integration consulting team tasks, and devising procurement strategies or managing procurement budgets are highly valued.

Preferred qualifications include Oracle Cloud SCM Certification, experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and release management, knowledge of BIP reporting, and end-to-end implementation of finance modules.

Strong communication and documentation skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities are essential for this role.

Knowledge of SCM/Procurement best practices and ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals are critical. This role requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion SCM/procurement modules, with strong understanding of at least three or more SCM/procurement modules.
