Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the admission process by converting leads into enrollments and achieving set targets.
  • Orient and guide new parents on the curriculum framework offered by the school, ensuring they make informed decisions about their child's education.
  • Provide detailed information about the school's board structure and integrated curriculum, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
  • Assist in identifying children with special needs and offer advice to their parents on the additional support provided by the school, promoting inclusivity and diversity.
  • Conduct campus tours for prospective parents, showcasing the school's facilities and teaching initiatives, and provide guidance on the various academic programs offered.
  • Advise parents individually and/or in groups regarding academic eligibility requirements, appropriate board selection, academic policies, and delivery procedures, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the school's programs and requirements, staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
  • Assist parents in admission registration, evaluate student admissibility, and provide guidance on the admission process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Manage the VIBGYOR alumni association and internship programs, maintaining data on alumni membership and engagement activities, and fostering strong relationships with graduates.
  • Address and resolve academic grievances raised by parents, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty, and coordinating with internal teams to appraise parents on students' academic progress as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders. A strong understanding of educational principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions. Additionally, the candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
