Job Title : Experienced ITSM Developer | 8+ Years Exp
We are seeking a seasoned ITSM developer with deep expertise in ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and customizations. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of scripting, workflows, and APIs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, IRM, Vulnerability Management, CMDB
- Design and implement Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, ACLs, and Transform Maps
- Configure Discovery and perform CMDB integrations
- Develop and manage Service Catalogs, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
- Work with stakeholders to understand and implement business logic and process automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure security best practices using Access Controls (ACLs) and role management
Skills & Qualifications :
- 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow development
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM, IRM, CMDB, Discovery, Vulnerability Management
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and APIs
- Experience with domain separation, integrations, transform maps
- ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
