
Chief Membership Administrator

This position requires a proactive and result-oriented individual with analytical skills. The job involves maintaining membership compliance and supporting the team in achieving a seamless work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Membership Application: Process applications, ensure accuracy, and escalate issues as needed.
- Membership Compliance: Scrutinize documents, including agreements and annual returns, to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Member Queries: Respond to member inquiries regarding membership rules and provide necessary information.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare notes for approval on membership status changes, such as shareholding or promoter holding pattern modifications.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: CS/CA/MBA/CMA from a reputable institution/university.
- Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in securities/capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and execution skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and develop best practices.
- Proactive approach with ability to work under pressure.
- Satisfy regulatory standards.
Functional Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Excel.
Behavioral Skills:
- Self-motivated with ability to work effectively within a team.
Candidate Profile:
- A strong understanding of annual returns, balance sheet items, and net worth computation methods is an added advantage.
