Visual Creative Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing innovative and diverse ideas for client briefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and push boundaries in visual creative development.
  • Work closely with the design team to visually develop campaign work, ensuring alignment with project specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Present ideas and work to stakeholders and decision makers, effectively communicating the value of creative solutions.
  • Manage successful completion of integrated creative projects, including establishing and communicating schedules to deliver projects on time.
  • Adapt and refine layouts to meet project requirements, while maintaining design integrity and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and excellence of deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Design at an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro.
  • A well-curated work portfolio showcasing expertise in visual creative development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present work to clients and receive feedback.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume requests with ease.
