Our team is responsible for building and managing a strong network of hospitals to support our health insurance offerings. This involves ensuring wide access and better claim support for customers.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to empanel hospitals, negotiate rates, manage contracts, and ensure smooth cashless claim operations. The ideal candidate will maintain hospital relationships, monitor performance, resolve grievances, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Hospital Empanelment based on requirements.
- Negotiate with hospitals for best rates and discounts.
- Rewnewal of MOU with empaneled hospitals.
- Maintaining good relations with network hospitals.
- Regulating Operations of cashless processes and ensuring smooth claim process.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle independent assignments and take logical decisions.
- A good understanding of insurance claim processing and hospital admission process is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of health regulations are required.
- A graduation in Science background with knowledge of basic Medical Ailments is necessary.
