Legal Compliance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters, ensuring compliance and managing legal risks for the company.
Responsibilities:- Provide expert legal guidance to senior management on corporate and project-related matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents to ensure business continuity.
- Evaluate and implement measures to maintain regulatory compliance with local, state and national laws relevant to the property and construction industry.
- Manage litigation and disputes by working closely with external legal counsel as required.
- A degree in Law from a recognized university or institution is mandatory.
- At least ten years of experience in Real Estate Laws is essential.
- Proven expertise in corporate law, property law and regulatory compliance is necessary for success in this role.
