Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Legal Manager and Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is essential in managing the company's legal and compliance framework, ensuring adherence to international trade laws, data privacy regulations, and export control requirements.

Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Ensure all agreements are legally sound and aligned with the company's policies and objectives.
