Job Title: Assistant Manager


The KPMG Global Services (KGS) Tax is a diverse team spread across multiple cities in India. Our team delivers tax and compliance services to KPMG Firms globally, with our core services including Business Tax, Global Mobility, Indirect Tax, Global Transfer Pricing, Global Trade Compliance and Tax Technology.

We're looking for someone who can build a global network, unlock opportunities and make the most of great support, vast resources and an inclusive environment to help you reach your full potential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, direct and complete tax projects from start to finish.

  2. Manage client expectations and deliver services to expatriate employees.

  3. Review and sign tax returns and equalizations of expatriate employees.

  4. Conduct tax briefings independently.

  5. Mentor and coach staff.

  6. Manage resource allocation, workflow and resource utilization.

  7. Manage people development and performance management for your span.

  8. Support the Senior Manager in pursuits, proposals and engagement reporting.


Qualifications:


  • A Master's degree from reputable universities with excellent academic results, majoring in Accounting or Finance.

  • Association of Tax Technicians Certification Required.

  • An understanding of expatriate taxes.
