Job Title: Enterprise Finance Systems Support Specialist

  • Provide in-depth application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, encompassing troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries.
  • Monitor and manage support tickets related to finance functions, ensuring timely resolution according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate closely with end-users to identify and document business requirements and enhancements within D365 Finance, driving process improvements and optimal system performance.
  • Liaise with technical teams to resolve complex issues that require development or configuration changes, fostering effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support critical financial closing activities by ensuring systems are functioning optimally, facilitating seamless month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions, minimizing downtime and maximizing system reliability.
  • Assist with testing activities, including writing test scripts, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validating bug fixes or new features.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to users on finance functionalities and best practices within D365, enhancing their skills and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain accurate support documentation, knowledge base articles, and user manuals, ensuring easy access to information and consistent support experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing application support for ERP systems, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and provide clear, concise support.
  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as C# or PowerShell, with experience in developing and implementing customizations and integrations.
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles and methodologies, with experience in implementing and managing support processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
