Job Description:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving technical issues and providing exceptional support to maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective resolution of technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve root causes of issues
- Develop and implement best practices for application support
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and client interaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations
- Strong understanding of network protocols and services
- Experience in monitoring and managing network performance
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues efficiently
