Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex financial applications using Java for the back-end and React JS for the front-end.

About the Role:
  • This role requires expertise in both Java and React JS, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and React JS.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
