App Developer with Expertise in BLE

We are seeking an App Developer with expertise in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications that leverage BLE for communication with Bluetooth-enabled devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop iOS applications that integrate BLE functionality to enable communication with external devices such as wearables, IoT devices, health monitors, and more.
  • Implement the ability to scan for and connect to BLE peripherals, read data from them, and send commands to control them.
  • Utilize BLE profiles, such as GATT (Generic Attribute Profile), to define data exchange formats and characteristics for devices.
  • Implement background modes for your app to ensure BLE connections and data updates can continue even when the app is not in the foreground.
  • Develop error-handling mechanisms for Bluetooth connections and data exchange.
  • Address security concerns related to BLE communication, including encryption and secure pairing.
Requirements:
  • Experience with iOS development and BLE integration.
  • Familiarity with BLE profiles and GATT.
  • Knowledge of background processing and task management.
  • Strong understanding of Bluetooth security and encryption.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
