Job Title: Educational Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and skilled educational advisor to join our team. As an academic counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their career goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Prior experience in sales or marketing is highly desirable, as well as strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Visit colleges and universities for collaborations, demos, and lead generation.
  • Tele-Counseling: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students, addressing queries and providing accurate program and admission-related information.
  • Student Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing students, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Admission Guidance: Guide students on course offerings, eligibility, scholarships, and financial aid, assisting in career planning based on course relevance.
  • Documentation: Help students complete application forms and other documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure students progress through the admission process smoothly.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on activities, conversion rates, and challenges to management.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends, admissions policies, and institutional updates to ensure correct and timely information delivery.

Educational Qualifications: Graduate degree in any discipline.
