Frontend Technology Specialist

The Senior Frontend Developer will play a pivotal role in driving technical direction, guiding a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across all frontend technologies.
This includes leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of frontend developers, defining and enforcing frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of frontend developers.
- Hands-on Development: Participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks, architect and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications.
- Technology Ownership: Demonstrate expertise across a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks, evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.
- Quality & Performance: Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines, monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong command over React and React Native is essential.
- Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is beneficial.
- Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
- Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
