- Should have at-least 5+ years of experience.
- Support, configure, and maintain JDE Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Accounting) and Distribution modules (Sales Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics).
- Analyze and resolve issues in financial transactions, reporting, and distribution logistics; ensure compliance with accounting standards and controls.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct gap analysis, capture business requirements, and propose process/system improvements.
- Lead or support system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Provide end-user training, create user manuals, and maintain documentation.
- Optimize supply chain processes and inventory accuracy through effective use of JDE functionalities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
