Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

The Senior HCM Professional will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their HR and payroll processes, gathering requirements and identifying opportunities for system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR and payroll processes and gather requirements.
  • Functional Specifications: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for HCM modules.
  • Configuration: Configure HCM modules based on business needs (Core HR, Recruitment, Talent and other modules).
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
  • Report Development: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using Business Intelligence tools.
  • Technical Integration: Perform technical integrations using APIs, data extracts, and integration frameworks.
  • Data Migration: Manage data migrations and validations during implementations or upgrades.
  • Testing: Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing to validate configurations and developments.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.
  • Support: Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents as per Service Level Agreements.
  • User Training: Deliver user training and documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements.
  • System Improvement: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in HCM as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
