Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM technical consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in designing and implementing custom solutions, as well as providing ongoing support and optimization of existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM technical modules, with experience in developing, testing, and maintaining Fast Formulas, as well as designing and implementing custom integrations, extensions, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
