Job Overview

Aptiv is proud to offer a challenging and rewarding role as an Operations Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining Production Efficiency

You will work closely with your supervisor to ensure that all production targets are met, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Equipment Maintenance

You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment, including cleaning, part replacement, and general maintenance as recommended by the equipment manufacturer and process owner.

Communication

You will communicate technical information to various departments, including Engineering, Operation, QA, and Information Technology, to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.

Documentation and Reporting

You will maintain accurate documentation and report any issues to the supervisor on duty in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • Education and Skills

A diploma degree is preferred, and you should have decent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Personal Qualities

You must be able to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team, while maintaining good physical and mental health.

Availability

You should be flexible in rotational shift systems and willing to work extended shifts and Saturdays if needed.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on experience.
