We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our Data Process & Automation Team at Team Everest. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and contribute to process improvements and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and generate meaningful insights.
  • Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to support various projects and business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work with different teams to create and maintain reports and documentation.
  • Data Visualization: Develop visual representations of data to effectively communicate findings.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, experimentation, and automation projects.
Requirements
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with other teams.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, especially MS Excel, for data management and analysis.
  • Aptitude: Strong aptitude and logical thinking skills.
  • Adaptability: Flexible with working hours and comfortable meeting strict deadlines.
  • Learning Mindset: Eager to learn, inquisitive, and quick to adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Commitment: Willing to commit to working with Team Everest for at least 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A degree in Statistics or Mathematics.
  • A strong passion for math, statistics, and data analysis.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure no issues are missed.
