Job Title: Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN), India (IN). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Maintain and administer the NetSuite ERP system, including user roles, security, workflows, scripts, and configurations.
  • Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure NetSuite modules to align with business processes and requirements.
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support to NetSuite users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the NetSuite system.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design and generate customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and functionality, proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
