We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Trainer who will play a key role in enhancing the performance of our phone bankers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery:
    • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to ensure that our phone bankers have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
    • Prepare comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
    • Deliver training sessions to groups of varying sizes and compositions.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that our phone bankers meet the highest standards of performance.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our phone bankers, providing constructive feedback and coaching where necessary.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
  • MIS Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze regular MIS reports to track the performance of our phone bankers.
    • Identify trends and patterns in the data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Graduation or post-graduation in a relevant field (e.g., education, training and development, human resources).
  • Experience:
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in a call center industry, with a focus on quality and training.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
