Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a chat-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft products, with ability to learn and adapt quickly
